Race Day 2024

 

In 2022 our guest speaker went on to train the winner of that year's Melbourne Cup.

In 2023 our guest speaker went on to train the winner of that year's Melbourne Cup.

Why don't you join us to get the inside running on all that is happening in racing in 2024, whilst having a great day out?

And you will be helping a grassroots' Charity, where all money raised will go directly to helping others.

 

We are very excited to announce the 2024 Emerald Hill Mission Race Day will be returning to be held this year in the Committee Room of the Caulfield Racecourse on Saturday May 4th. from 12.00pm.

The prestigious Committee Room commands indoor and outdoor panoramic racecourse views and a sumptuous in-house dining experience.

If you would like a table of 10-12 people or if you and some of your friends would like to attend, we would be delighted if you could join us.  The price is  $230 per person.  This price includes a four course sit-down luncheon, beverages, members' enclosure passes and guest speakers.  You can book directly at Try Booking by clicking here.

You can either pay for a full Table of 10-12 and charge your credit card and then enter the names of your guests via the link, or you can book on a table which doesn't already have other guests booked on it (showing 12 available spaces), and then tell your friends the alphabetical Table Reference so they can book and pay on-line to join you.  Should you wish to book just a few tickets, then please choose a table that doesn't have any other bookings and let us know and we will make sure you are seated on a table with other guests.

Bookings will need to close strictly on April 26th.  Unfortunately we may not be able to extend the current seating numbers to accommodate any late bookings, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Please note Corporate Dress Code is essential (Men - suit, sports coat or blazer plus collared shirt at all times: Ladies - in keeping with this attire).
